Our products are shipped by DHL.

Delivery time
Your order will of course be processed by us immediately after receipt. The delivery of your order normally takes place within 7 working days after receipt of the order.
Your desired dolls are handmade especially for you and in this respect we need up to 10 working days until delivery.

Shipping costs Germany:

Order value from 50,00 Euro: Free shipping costs
The shipping costs include the currently valid VAT for Germany!


Shipping costs Austria:
The shipping costs are always 11,00 Euro.

Shipping costs abroad:
We can ship to all EU countries. The shipping costs are between 13,00-15,00 Euro depending on the country.

Shipping costs Switzerland: 20,00 Euro, Shipping costs England: 15,00 Euro.
There are no costs for packaging.
