Delivery

Our products are shipped by DHL.

Delivery time

Your order will of course be processed by us immediately after receipt. The delivery of your order normally takes place within 7 working days after receipt of the order.
Your desired dolls are handmade especially for you and in this respect we need up to 10 working days until delivery.

Shipping costs Germany:
Order value under 50,00 Euro: Shipping costs 6,00 Euro
Order value from 50,00 Euro: Free shipping costs
The shipping costs include the currently valid VAT for Germany!

Shipping costs Austria:
The shipping costs are always 11,00 Euro.

Shipping costs abroad:
We can ship to all EU countries. The shipping costs are between 13,00–15,00 Euro.

Shipping to Great Britain: 15,00 Euro
Shipping to Switzerland, Norway: 20,00 Euro
Shipping USA, Canada: 40,00 Euro
Shipping Australia: 50,00 Euro

There are no costs for packaging.
We would like to point out that any customs duties and other country-specific charges incurred abroad are to be borne by the buyer in any case.

Important note

In spite of all care, damage may occur during transport.

However, please note the following procedure:
Transport damage must be claimed immediately upon receipt of the goods by the carrier and by us. If you wish to return goods, please inform us in advance by e-mail, fax or telephone.

You simply pay in advance and receive the goods conveniently and inexpensively delivered to your home upon receipt of payment.
You will receive an advance payment invoice from us with your invoice number. Please transfer the amount only after you have received our invoice.
